Do you work with probate attorneys and executors?
Yes, probate estate sales are a big part of what we do. We handle every step from consultation to final payment, with documentation available for you or your attorney.
What's your commission split, and when do I get paid?
Our commission split is 60/40, with you keeping 60% of the proceeds. After the sale wraps up on a Friday, you usually get paid by the following Tuesday.
What happens to anything that doesn't sell?
You choose. Keep it, donate it, or we can connect you with organizations that will pick up the leftovers.
