Overjoyed on Overton Park Drive East

Pristine, polished and ready for decades more! This Overton Park home was filled with quality furnishings, custom designer decor and a garage full of tools. Highlights included Ethan Allen furniture throughout, a black leather club chair, a pair of striped wingback chairs, a chevron stripe table lamp, a cherry mantel clock, blue and white pottery and a framed sailboat print. The garage held a Craftsman table saw, a Stihl chainsaw, a full wall of garden tools and even a red, white and blue model airplane.
